You'll own UX research for Gamma's AI-powered products, shaping insights that directly impact product quality. You'll recruit hard-to-reach user segments and design studies for non-deterministic AI outputs. This role offers startup ownership and a fast-moving team culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and execute research for core product, AI, and growth initiatives
• Recruit hard-to-reach user segments for B2B and enterprise research
• Design studies exploring non-deterministic AI outputs and user expectations
• Translate user insights into product iterations with designers and PMs

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of UX research experience with generative and evaluative methods
• Proven ability to recruit specialized user segments and manage pipelines
• Experience researching AI or ML products or fast learning curve for non-deterministic systems
• Startup execution mindset with comfort in ambiguity and quick actionable insights

✨ Nice to Have

• Design fluency: sketch, wireframe, or mock up concepts
• Experience with prosumer or horizontal products, creative tools, or productivity software
• Familiarity with moving a product upmarket
