๐ผ About This Role
You'll drive adoption, satisfaction, and strategic growth of Pencil Pro across a global client base. You'll take ownership of main accounts, leading strategic plans to increase adoption and retention. You'll guide complex implementations and mentor junior team members.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on support via Intercom and Slack to resolve issues.
- Serve as primary contact for main clients, improving satisfaction and retention.
- Lead Pencil Pro implementation projects for smooth onboarding.
- Gather user feedback and develop strategies to increase platform adoption.
๐ Requirements
- 5 years of experience in customer success, SaaS, or creative technology.
- Experience in driving adoption and managing enterprise client relationships.
- Experience managing complex client onboarding and implementation projects.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary.
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools or creative technology.
- Familiarity with Intercom, Wrike, or similar tools.
- Understanding of production workflows.
