You'll drive adoption, satisfaction, and strategic growth of Pencil Pro across a global client base. You'll take ownership of main accounts, leading strategic plans to increase adoption and retention. You'll guide complex implementations and mentor junior team members.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Provide hands-on support via Intercom and Slack to resolve issues.
  • Serve as primary contact for main clients, improving satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead Pencil Pro implementation projects for smooth onboarding.
  • Gather user feedback and develop strategies to increase platform adoption.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in customer success, SaaS, or creative technology.
  • Experience in driving adoption and managing enterprise client relationships.
  • Experience managing complex client onboarding and implementation projects.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools or creative technology.
  • Familiarity with Intercom, Wrike, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of production workflows.
