🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot L2 incidents and service requests
• Perform system upgrades, migrations, and deployments
• Monitor infrastructure health and generate reports
• Conduct disaster recovery planning and drills

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
• Expertise in Active Directory Group Policy architecture
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation
• Experience with SCCM/Intune or similar monitoring tools
