Description
You will manage a book of enterprise customers, driving adoption and outcomes leading to renewals and expansion. Act as the main link between customers, partners like Facebook and TikTok, and product teams to ensure value and success.
Requirements
- 5+ years relevant experience in customer success or customer-facing function
- Advanced knowledge of social advertising (Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat etc)
- Highly empathetic with positive attitude and desire to help customers reach goals
- Results-driven with bias for action and collaboration
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Act as main point of contact for customers to ensure value and exceptional experience
- Become specialist in Smartly.io platform and digital advertising for consultative advice
- Build and foster strong relationships with customers and partners like Facebook and Pinterest
- Be voice of customers to inform sales process and product roadmap
- Collaborate across functions including Sales, Marketing, Technical Solutions, Services, Product and Engineering
