💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end debt financing for a defense technology company and structure innovative solutions across corporate and asset-backed contexts. Your work will ensure access to capital is a strategic advantage, directly enabling Anduril's mission to transform military capabilities. This role sits within the high-impact Capital Markets team, explicitly outward-facing and execution-focused.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end execution of debt transactions from structuring through close
• Partner with Finance and Treasury to align financing strategies with liquidity planning
• Build and manage lender relationships with banks, private credit funds, and institutions
• Negotiate and close transaction documentation in partnership with Legal and Finance leadership

📋 Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in leveraged finance, debt capital markets, private credit, or structured finance
• Significant experience executing debt transactions end-to-end including structuring, diligence, and closing
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, capital structures, and lender dynamics
• Advanced financial modeling skills with a focus on credit and downside analysis

• Experience in capital-intensive or operationally complex industries (e.g., aerospace, defense, manufacturing, infrastructure)
