💼 About This Role

You'll partner with utility clients to design and implement enterprise solutions using SpryPoint's cloud-native platform. Your work will optimize meter-to-cash processes for 100+ utility clients across North America. This fully remote role involves periodic travel to client sites.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Align client business goals with SpryPoint solutions
• Lead discovery sessions and integration designs
• Oversee system configuration and training materials
• Maintain project documentation and issue logs

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years implementing enterprise utility software
• Hands-on experience with Customer Information Systems (CIS)
• Consulting background working directly with utility clients
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Mobile Field Management (MFM)
• Familiarity with Work Order & Asset Management (WAMS)
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence platforms
