Description

You will manage the preparation and filing of commercial insurance products for assigned states, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and building relationships with state insurance regulators. Your work will involve developing processes, tracking filings, and serving as a subject matter expert to support the Corporate Legal team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of licensing experience, ideally in health plan/managed care
• 1+ year experience designing and improving workflows
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years commensurate experience
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Familiarity with ACA marketplace plans and SERFF experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage preparation and filing of commercial insurance products for assigned states
• Develop processes for internal tracking and monitoring of annual and ad hoc filings
• Build and support relationships with state insurance regulators
• Serve as subject matter expert on assigned states
• Track and communicate filing objections and guide resolution
