Description

You will join an operations team at Stripe in Mexico City, handling risk, product support, and financial crimes. You'll troubleshoot complex problems, analyze processes to improve user experience, and collaborate with global teams, gaining insights into how businesses scale on Stripe while helping build the local operational culture.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with less than 12 months of full-time work experience or 2025/2026 graduate
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• User-first mindset and passion for solving difficult problems
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Organized self-starter with process-oriented mindset
