Description

You will design, build, and deploy generative AI and machine learning solutions that directly impact patient outcomes and clinical innovation. You'll develop enterprise-grade AI/ML systems to automate business processes across R&D, lab ops, clinical trials, billing, and patient/provider engagement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, ML engineering, or applied AI
• Proven experience building and operating LLM-based systems in production
• Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch and/or Hugging Face

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate LLM-powered systems from design through deployment and iteration
• Build scalable agentic AI automation solutions using reasoning, memory, agent frameworks, and workflow orchestration
• Implement GenAI patterns such as RAG, tool/function calling, and multi-step workflows
• Develop and maintain data ingestion and retrieval pipelines for unstructured documents
• Set quality, evaluation, and reliability standards for GenAI systems including testing and monitoring
