You'll serve as the attending physician in skilled nursing facilities, providing patient-centered primary care for vulnerable populations. You'll collaborate with NPs/PAs and leverage EHR and AI scribe technology to streamline documentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as attending physician in assigned skilled nursing facilities
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs to manage daily patient care
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Participate in Chronic Care Management and quality initiatives

📋 Requirements

• MD/DO degree with active U.S. medical license
• Board-certified or board-eligible in appropriate specialty
• Qualified specialties include Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
