💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's Market Operations team to maintain vehicle cleanliness and appearance at our Market Hubs. Your core impact will be ensuring timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction through vehicle inspections and multi-point checks. This entry-level role offers performance-based pay increases every 90 days.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns
• Wash and vacuum inventory on a regular basis
• Complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and vendors

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age and valid driver's license
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
