You'll drive the strategic evolution of Upgrade's high-growth fintech card platform, defining key initiatives and designing seamless product flows from conception to launch. Your core impact will be scaling credit solutions that directly improve the financial health of millions of consumers. You'll leverage your technical fluency in SQL and AI-driven development to solve complex operational challenges.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and implement key initiatives for the Upgrade Card product.
• Work with internal teams and third-party vendors to troubleshoot issues.
• Define new products and features with specs, wireframes, and product flows.
• Analyze product feature impact and define key success metrics.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Fluency with SQL, web analytics, and A/B testing software.
• Experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code.
• Ability to lead and resolve questions across organizational stakeholders.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services and credit card programs.
• Previous experience as an analyst/data analyst/product analyst.
• Familiarity with credit card economics or underwriting concepts.
