You'll deliver FAA-aligned curriculum and provide hands-on instruction to future aircraft maintenance technicians. You'll shape the next generation of aviation professionals while enjoying more predictable schedules. No prior teaching experience required—we provide a 5-week paid instructor training program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach aircraft maintenance systems, procedures, and techniques
• Deliver FAA-aligned curriculum to prepare students for A&P certification
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress
• Support curriculum updates and collaborate with program leadership

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic Certificate required
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance procedures

• Associate degree in aviation or related field
• Interest in mentoring and coaching others
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
