Description

In this role, you'll act as the bridge between Ophelia's data warehouse and decision-makers, diving into data to derive insights and influence clinical and business strategies. You'll collaborate across teams, leverage tools within Google Cloud Platform, and help cultivate a data-driven culture to enhance patient care.

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in data analytics with deep understanding of statistics and probability.
• Advanced SQL proficiency (2+ years), comfortable with complex joins, window functions, and query optimization in BigQuery.
• Expertise in designing user-centric dashboards (2+ years) with focus on usability.
• Basic understanding of dimensional modeling and data structure; comfortable with Git and modern tools like VS Code.
• Knowledge of healthcare landscape including health outcomes, regulatory compliance (HIPAA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transform raw data into narratives explaining the 'why' behind business questions and provide actionable recommendations.
• Act as dedicated data partner for Commercial, Business Operations, and Clinical Operations teams, helping define KPIs and track progress.
• Build and curate a BI ecosystem enabling teams to answer their own questions with confidence.
• Use SQL and business context to rapidly answer urgent business questions and explore new trends.
• Partner with technical team to bridge backend data models and frontend business needs, ensuring single source of truth.
