You'll lead the maturation of Outreach's procurement function, evolving procure-to-pay operations for a leading agentic AI platform. Your core impact will be driving efficiency, compliance, and cost discipline across complex software contracts and AI tools. This role offers the opportunity to optimize and scale a growing function within a high-growth tech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and improve the procure-to-pay process
• Lead vendor relationship management and negotiation
• Partner with Finance for budgeting and cost analysis
• Negotiate software and technology contracts

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Vendor Management
• Software/SaaS contract negotiation expertise
• Experience with Zip or similar procurement tools
• Previous people leadership experience
