🎯 What You'll Do

• Design models for liability prediction, fraud detection, and document understanding.
• Partner with product and engineering to translate claims workflows into ML solutions.
• Prototype production-ready models and data pipelines.
• Shape data science roadmap and architecture across the platform.

📋 Requirements

• Experience as a Staff or Principal Engineer in data science or ML.
• Experience deploying production ML systems.
• Strong skills in Python, SQL, ML frameworks, and modern data platforms.
• Ability to translate real-world business problems into ML solutions.

• Experience with structured and unstructured data.
• Experience building decision systems or automation platforms.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.
