💼 About This Role
You'll drive agent conversion performance by leveraging data, coaching, and accountability to turn demand into closed deals. You'll work directly with agents and field leadership to improve how agents engage, nurture, and convert inbound leads. This role sits at the intersection of agent success, product adoption, and revenue growth.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Provide direct performance coaching to agents based on real data
- Monitor agent metrics, identify gaps, and create improvement plans
- Drive adoption of Compass and partnership tools to impact conversion
- Identify performance patterns across markets and teams
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in real estate, proptech, or marketplace sales performance roles
- Deep understanding of residential transaction flow and agent workflows
- Proven experience coaching or managing performance of sales professionals
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using data to drive behavior change
