As a CNA at Otterbein Tipp City, you will assist residents with personal care and daily activities, working under nurse supervision to provide compassionate, person-centered care in a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Completion of approved nurse aide training program
• Pass state test and be listed on Ohio Nurse Aide Registry
• CNA certification in Ohio
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to lift and transfer residents using proper techniques

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene, feeding, dressing, ambulating, and transferring
• Provide preventive, therapeutic, and restorative nursing procedures
• Complete required documentation and report equipment hazards
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality
• Support residents' daily living and independence
