💼 About This Role

You'll manage logistics infrastructure for fulfillment centers and hubs across southern Germany. You'll lead a team of Facility Managers and oversee launches, maintenance, and contract negotiations. This role offers high autonomy and a chance to shape expansion projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage launch projects from A to Z with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee all facility management for FCs and hubs in southern Germany.
• Lead, coordinate, and develop a team of 3+ Facility Managers.
• Negotiate contracts and manage external service providers.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Facility Management, Building Technology, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of full-time professional experience with leadership.
• Fluent German and very good English.
• Class B driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
