You'll advance REGENT's policy and program priorities on Capitol Hill and with defense customers, sitting at the intersection of government relations and defense business development. You'll translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives for congressional and DoD audiences. This role offers the chance to shape strategy for a groundbreaking transportation category.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advance REGENT's policy priorities on Capitol Hill engaging personal office and committee staff.
• Develop and execute engagement strategies across defense-related committees and member offices.
• Support customer-facing engagements with DoD, DHS, and allied government stakeholders.
• Lead development of strategic written materials like one-pagers, white papers, and proposal responses.

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years of direct Congressional experience preferred.
• U.S. citizenship required with ability to obtain security clearance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in-person in Washington, DC minimum 3 days per week.

✨ Nice to Have

• Existing relationships with relevant congressional offices or defense stakeholders.
• Experience supporting capture and proposal efforts for U.S. Government customers.
• Familiarity with federal acquisition processes.
