💼 About This Role

You'll lead the FP&A function for a global payments fintech scaling rapidly. You'll own financial planning, forecasting, and performance insights to drive real business decisions. This role is a critical thought partner to executive leadership and the Board.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the annual financial planning, rolling forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Build driver-based financial models that reflect operational reality.
• Deliver budget vs. actuals analysis with commercial driver insights.
• Provide client- and cohort-level financial insight on churn and margin.
• Partner with Revenue Ops, Solutions Engineering, and Treasury.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Experience in fintech or transaction-based technology businesses.
• Proven end-to-end planning and forecasting in high-growth global environments.
• Ability to build driver-based financial models reflecting actual business behavior.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in payments industry.
• Exposure to investor and Board reporting.
• Knowledge of FP&A systems and dashboards.
