You'll launch and lead your own ABA practice with full operational support from Finni Health. You'll deliver and oversee ABA therapy programs while collaborating with families to develop behavior support strategies. This role offers the potential to earn over $1m annually as a practice owner.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Launch and lead your own ABA practice with Finni support
• Deliver and oversee ABA therapy and behavior intervention programs
• Provide supervision to Behavior Technicians in the field and virtually
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and produce progress reports

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
• BCBA certification (required)
• 3+ years of ABA experience with leadership or supervisory background
