💼 About This Role

You'll build a new Customer Insights function from scratch, partnering with Product, Sales, and Executive teams. You'll own the company's single source of truth for customer and competitive intelligence. Define the insights strategy and deliver executive-ready reports that shape key business decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Establish charter, metrics, and governance for customer intelligence hub
  • Prioritize questions with Product, GTM, Strategy, and Executive teams
  • Lead customer segmentation, persona mapping, and win/loss analysis
  • Conduct interviews, surveys, and VoC programs
  • Build repeatable process to monitor competitors and maintain dashboards

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years in customer insights, market research, or strategy in tech
  • Hands-on researcher with experience in interviews, surveys, and VoC
  • Strong analytical foundation and storytelling ability
  • Proven experience standing up new teams and processes
  • Proficiency with Qualtrics, SQL, Looker, or Databricks

  • Experience building distributed insights teams across time zones
  • Deep familiarity with payments/fintech customer journeys
  • Track record producing C-suite and investor-facing deliverables
