You'll join Pulley's in-house permitting team to help top architects and builders speed up commercial projects by eliminating permitting delays. You'll support lead project managers, conduct permit research, and refine our AI-powered software platform with real-world feedback.

• Support lead project managers in delivering permitting outcomes
• Conduct permit research with high accuracy
• Assist in preparing permit plans
• Collaborate with city staff on permit nuances
• Monitor permit status and ensure timely responses

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in construction management or architecture with project focus
• Experience applying for and obtaining construction permits
• Ability to research permit requirements with accuracy
• Comfortable interfacing with city staff and navigating administrative processes
