🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end program management across chip development cycle
• Establish predictable milestones with internal and third-party partners
• Coordinate delivery across North America and India teams
• Define metrics and dashboards to track program health

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in chip/IC development as engineer or TPM
• Last 3+ years as technical program manager
• Experience managing distributed multi-region engineering teams
• Strong understanding of chip development cycle and waterfall methodologies

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience as Engineering Manager for end-to-end chip execution
• Background in datacenter chip development
• Experience with JIRA, Smartsheet, and project toolchain integration
