💼 About This Role

You'll join the Builder Tools team to build and maintain internal engineering tooling that improves builder flow and reduces friction. You will own the development and operation of the internal agent platform and partner across teams to enable safe adoption of AI tooling. This role offers the chance to shape the developer experience at a fast-growing open source company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain internal engineering tooling to improve builder flow.
• Provide guidance and automation for AI agentic coding tools.
• Develop and operate internally facing agents.
• Implement developer workflows with guardrails and evaluation approaches.
• Partner with teams to identify where AI can accelerate work.

📋 Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience shipping production-quality internal platforms.
• Experience leveraging modern agentic coding tools such as Codex and Claude Code.
• Proficiency in one or more of Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Experience building workflow automation or internal tools (CLI, services, GitHub automation, cloud automation).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building internal agents and operating an agent platform.
• Familiarity with developer productivity measurement frameworks such as SPACE and DORA metrics.
