🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of annual product strategies aligned with People Products portfolio.
• Architect a scalable Workday ecosystem with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Champion AI-forward initiatives to modernize employee experience.
• Manage vendor selection, negotiations, and third-party SaaS partnerships.
• Oversee Workday operations including configuration, testing, and compliance.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in HR technology with deep Workday HCM and Talent mastery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Info Systems, Business, HR, or related field.
• Proven track record managing global teams and large-scale system implementations.
• Experience in hyper-growth environments navigating ambiguity.

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience maturing SOX compliance processes in a public company.
• Familiarity with broader HR tech ecosystems and complex third-party integrations.
