You'll own end-to-end learning content, from needs analysis to delivery, using scenario-based design and gamification. This role offers the chance to experiment with AI tools like ChatGPT and Synthesia to build engaging, interactive learning products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design realistic, threat-informed training scenarios and interactions
• Own learning content end-to-end from analysis to delivery
• Create interactive modules, branching activities, and simulations
• Use AI tools for ideation, drafting, and prototyping

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience in instructional design or eLearning development
• Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles
• Experience creating scenario-based and gamified learning

• Experience designing cybersecurity or security awareness training
• Experience in a technology or startup environment
• Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript for custom interactions
