💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end client onboarding and coordinate multi-team implementations at a high-growth fintech startup. You'll directly influence time-to-value and customer satisfaction while building scalable delivery frameworks. Partner with top-tier investors like Battery Ventures and Mayfield.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own project plans for client implementations from kickoff through go-live
• Coordinate integration workstreams with Integration Engineers
• Serve as primary operational liaison for partner-led deliveries
• Maintain real-time visibility into project health across portfolio

📋 Requirements

• 3–6 years of project management or client delivery experience in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record managing complex multi-stakeholder implementations
• Experience coordinating with partner ecosystems (SIs, consultants, resellers)
• Exceptional organizational skills managing multiple projects simultaneously

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a high-growth startup building delivery playbooks
• Background in ERP, FP&A software, or finance tech implementation
• Hands-on familiarity with integration scoping (API, ERP data mapping, ETL)
