You'll lead novel patterning approaches in a highly autonomous R&D role. Drive end-to-end development of advanced lithography hardware. Integrate your work with existing nanofabrication processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end development of novel patterning hardware
• Drive exploratory R&D in optical design and nanofabrication
• Simulate optical and nanophotonic behavior for experimentation
• Interface with process team to integrate patterning hardware

📋 Requirements

• PhD in Physics, Optics, Electrical Engineering, or Materials Science
• Demonstrated command of applied optics including sub-wavelength regimes
• Deep expertise in nanofabrication and sub-micron patterning
• Strong background in lithography hardware design with resolution-enhancement

• Design experience with metasurfaces or metalenses
