You'll construct, maintain, and repair stormwater infrastructure and concrete structures for a fast-growing engineering firm. Your work directly supports environmental compliance and community resilience projects across the country. This role offers year-round stability with significant travel and per diem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Construct, maintain, and repair stormwater infrastructure and concrete structures.
• Operate heavy equipment like skid loaders, excavators, and dozers.
• Pour and finish concrete, including rebar and structural repairs.
• Document field observations and ensure safe project execution.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of construction experience.
• Experience with heavy equipment (skid loader, small excavator).
• Experience with concrete repair, rebar, and finishing.
• Willingness for 85% overnight travel (Mon-Fri).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience repairing and installing underground piping and detention/retention basins.
• Comfortable using pickups and equipment trailers while understanding DOT requirements.
