💼 About This Role

You'll support discipline leads and project managers in executing construction scope for a large-scale, confidential BioPharma manufacturing facility in Houston, TX. You'll coordinate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with GMP standards and track scope, schedule, and deliverables. This high-visibility multi-year project offers a per-diem package for qualified onsite candidates.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support discipline leads in executing construction scope across assigned systems
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and client stakeholders
• Track and manage scope, schedule, and deliverables for assigned packages
• Assist with construction planning and field execution coordination

📋 Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in construction or engineering projects
• Experience in BioPharma or other highly regulated environments
• Understanding of cleanroom construction or process systems
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with CQV processes and turnover documentation
• Exposure to process utilities or sterile manufacturing
• Experience in EPCM or owner's representative project delivery
