You'll collaborate with specialty units, creative partners, and analytics teams to design tactics and select high-value audiences, ensuring the strategic vision becomes a reality. Your work directly impacts client KPI delivery and agency growth.

Requirements

• 6+ years relevant experience with 3+ years managing staff
• Experience in integrated planning in media, publisher, or communications
• Proven ability to build professional relationships with clients and vendors
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong time-management, organizational skills, and PC proficiency

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of detailed communications plan
• Present Communications Design approach to stakeholders
• Manage day-to-day client workflow for Communications Design
• Train and manage design team in communications planning fundamentals
• Write and manage RFP submissions from Design discipline
