💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health visits to adult and geriatric clients in Anne Arundel County, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Your core impact is delivering rehabilitative care that enables clients to remain at home. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements of mobility, strength, and balance.
• Implement wound prevention and repair interventions.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans including therapeutic exercises.

📋 Requirements

• Current MD Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Graduation from a CAPTE-approved program.
