💼 About This Role

You'll support GRC/Cybersecurity program implementations for diverse clients, conducting IT risk assessments and compliance readiness. You'll collaborate with senior team members to assess IT General Controls and develop remediation roadmaps. This role offers exposure to multiple compliance frameworks and hands-on experience with GRC platforms.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support implementation of cybersecurity programs aligned with SOC 2, ISO 27001
• Conduct compliance readiness assessments and assist with external audits
• Maintain day-to-day compliance, security, and privacy operations including incident response
• Assist clients with risk assessments, business continuity planning, and cloud configurations

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CIS, MIS, or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in IT Audit, Cybersecurity Analyst, or IT Risk Advisory role
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST
• Familiarity with GRC solutions, tools, and technologies

✨ Nice to Have

• Relevant certification preferred (CompTIA Security+, CISA, AWS Cloud Practitioner)
• Experience with GRC platforms like Drata, Vanta, or Tugboat Logic
