Description

You will own the end-to-end renewal process for customers under $10K ARR, ensuring high renewal rates and a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance to protect recurring revenue and build scalable operational foundations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end renewal process for sub-$10K ARR customers
• Proactively manage auto-renewal reminders and customer communications
• Engage directly with customers to address renewal questions and blockers
• Generate and manage order forms and renewal agreements
• Identify upsell opportunities and hand off to Mid-Market Sales
