🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of major team-scoped projects for HR and Payroll products.
• Design and implement interfaces with performance and API design in mind.
• Propose and operationalize agentic workflows end-to-end.
• Mentor and provide guidance to other engineers.

📋 Requirements

• Strong engineering fundamentals and a track record of production systems.
• Practical experience with agentic/automation workflows.
• Ability to think in systems and define specs clearly.
• Experience with Postgres and CI/CD (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins).
