You will lead a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software engineers to build and operate a next-generation dispatch optimization platform. Your work will directly optimize cost efficiency and service levels by transforming model outputs into real-time dispatch decisions.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, constrained Optimization (Operations Research)
• Experience in scalable cloud-native service development
• Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams
• Experience with MLOps and tooling like SageMaker, Airflow
• Strong project management and strategic technical direction skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a squad of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Optimization Specialists
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent fostering a high-performance team culture
• Own delivery of ML roadmap projects ensuring high quality and on-time completion
• Define and implement SDLC processes tailored for ML and optimization (Agile/Scrum)
• Guide design and implementation of cloud-native Python services for real-time dispatch decisions
