💼 About This Role

You'll be part of the ALM Structuring team at XP Inc., developing financial models and projections to support treasury entities and funds. You'll drive strategic financial analyses and build complex simulation scenarios to maximize shareholder returns. This role offers exposure to top-tier financial structuring in Brazil's leading independent financial institution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead strategic financial analyses of XP Group entities and funds.
• Build, update, and review financial models with projections and simulations.
• Serve as technical reference for complex analytical problem-solving.
• Prepare PowerPoint materials for leadership and committee meetings.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or Finance.
• Experience in financial modeling and projection (Investment Banking, Project Finance, Private Equity, or Consulting).
• Advanced English proficiency (writing, reading, speaking).
• SQL familiarity for database queries.

• Experience in M&A or financial restructuring.
• Knowledge of Python.
