You'll lead full lifecycle construction projects for manufacturing facilities across 14 states. You'll manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead manufacturing facility construction from feasibility to turnover
• Manage contractor coordination and on-site execution
• Track project cost, schedule, scope, and quality metrics
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• Proficiency in construction management software like Procore or P6
• Experience managing multi-site, national projects

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with controlled environment agriculture facilities
• Knowledge of industrial electrical and HVAC systems
• Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
