You'll design and improve manufacturing processes for 3D printing products at Formlabs. Your work will directly impact production line efficiency and quality. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovations to market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Improve existing manufacturing lines to scale with volumes
• Establish in-line or intermediate checks to catch failures early
• Design and analyze production lines with metrics and improvement cycles
• Work with contract manufacturers to improve their output

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
• Experience with overseas contract manufacturers
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems engineering
• Proven track record of bringing electro-mechanical products to market on time and within budget
