🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and animate motion graphics for UK marketing campaigns
• Develop storyboards, frames, and animation sequences
• Mentor junior motion designers and guide creative execution
• Oversee motion production from concept to delivery

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics or related field
• 5+ years of professional motion design experience
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro
• Strong storytelling and visual composition sense
