In this role, you will drive market growth by building relationships with clinical partners and referral sources in the Fort Lauderdale area, helping connect people to life-saving mental health treatment. You'll lead field meetings, develop Go-to-Market strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to deepen community impact.

Requirements

• Based in Fort Lauderdale, FL
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years sales experience with overachieving KPIs preferred
• Experience with healthcare organizations a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel 4-5 days/week

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for market penetration
• Build and manage referral source relationships
• Lead field meetings with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
