💼 About This Role

You'll own and evolve the CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure for NICE's CXone platform, working closely with development, QA, and product teams. Your work will directly impact the reliability and scalability of our AI-powered customer experience services. You'll have the opportunity to mentor engineers and drive adoption of advanced technologies at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and evolve AWS cloud infrastructure ensuring high availability and security
• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines end-to-end across multiple environments
• Lead troubleshooting of complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis
• Build and improve observability dashboards, metrics, and alerting
• Champion security and compliance practices including least-privilege access

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Strong expertise with AWS services including compute, storage, and networking
• Production experience with Python for automation and Infrastructure-as-Code
• Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes/EKS or Helm
• Familiarity with .NET/C# or other compiled runtimes
• AWS or Kubernetes certifications
