You'll lead a team of fabrication equipment engineers to scale manufacturing for next-gen AR products. Your work will directly impact yield, equipment availability, and cost of ownership. This role offers the chance to influence design-for-manufacturability across a pioneering AR platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and lead a world-class fabrication equipment team
• Influence design-for-manufacturability decisions with development site and sourcing
• Serve as escalation point for all equipment-related issues
• Establish quantifiable KPIs for yield, availability, cycle time, and cost of ownership

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in FEOL semiconductor fabrication equipment roles
• Deep expertise in one or more major FEOL modules (Litho, Etch, Metals, Cleans, metrology)
• Proven ability to manage and lead technical teams of engineers and technicians

• Vendor management and ecosystem experience
• SPC proficiency and understanding of hardware variables impact on wafer yield
