💼 About This Role

You'll perform thermal vacuum and vibration testing for next-generation space stations at Vast. Your work ensures hardware reliability for human-rated spacecraft. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge space simulation equipment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform thermal vacuum, thermal cycling, vibration and shock testing
• Support bench top test setups and environment-specific systems
• Develop and modify testing procedures to meet requirements
• Install instrumentation and log data for testing

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on mechanical experience
• High School Diploma or equivalency certificate
• Ability to read and understand basic schematics
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends for critical milestones

✨ Nice to Have

• 3+ years of environmental testing experience in aerospace
• EMI testing experience related to support and setup
• Familiarity with space planning procedures and operations
