🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, and Apple Search Ads.
• Analyze KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CAC, retention, and LTV.
• Optimize acquisition funnels and landing pages for conversion.
• Conduct rapid experimentation with creatives, audiences, and placements.

📋 Requirements

• 4-10+ years in performance marketing or paid acquisition.
• Experience managing monthly budgets from $300K to over $1M.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, or Apple Search Ads.
• Advanced skills in GA4, Voluum, tracking systems, and attribution tools.
