💼 About This Role

You'll be the first smiling face guests see at Fixins Soul Kitchen, setting the tone for their dining experience. You'll manage seating, wait times, and guest communication in a fast-paced, upscale environment. This role offers the chance to grow with a rapidly expanding Black-owned restaurant group.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet guests with warmth, eye contact, and genuine unique greetings.
• Manage seating list, monitor wait times, and organize guest seating.
• Answer telephone in friendly upbeat manner with a smile.
• Complete assigned opening, ongoing, and closing sidework.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience hosting in an upscale restaurant setting.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele.
• Must have or be willing to obtain Food Handler’s Card and RBS certification.
