๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll serve as the face of Carvana in our Sacramento showroom, guiding customers through a transparent, no-haggle vehicle buying experience. You'll own the end-to-end customer journey from inquiry to post-sale follow-up.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Guide customers from inquiry to sale and post-sale follow-up
  • Facilitate showroom visits and test drives
  • Finalize vehicle selection and support order placement
  • Maintain clean, organized inventory lot

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2 years of customer-facing experience
  • Ability to work 8-hour shifts between 9am-7pm, Mon-Sat
  • Comfortable learning new platforms and systems
  • Strong communication skills, in-person and digital

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of CDJR products and automotive trends
  • Experience with B2B sales
  • Familiarity with Carvana proprietary tools
