Description

You will act as a technical expert on HR systems, designing and deploying HR business processes with full Workday support, including implementation, configuration, and reporting. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex problems and drive automation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HRIS Analyst with strong Workday expertise
• Track record of mapping complex business problems to system solutions
• Understanding of HR processes and data integrity practices
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with HR and IT teams
• Experience with integration management and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Perform HRIS administrative functions including module implementation, security, data loads, and testing
• Support Talent Acquisition by optimizing HRIS integrations with Greenhouse
• Provide day-to-day Workday support for configurations, security, reports, and troubleshooting
• Manage HRIS projects end-to-end: requirements gathering, process mapping, deployment, and training
• Advise users on system functionality to automate workflows and resolve issues
